Q: Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
A: Your driver will meet you at baggage claim area.
Q: How do I recognize my driver?
A: The driver will have a sign with your last name on it.
Q: How much does it cost to use your service?

Q: Where or what number do I call if I can't find my driver?
A: Call Priority Sedan Dispatch at 202-449-9555.
Q: What if my flight is early or delayed?
A: We monitor all commercial as well as private flights, we also check the trains. So whether you arrive early or late our driver will be at baggage claim area waiting for your arrival.
Q: What type of vehicles do you use?
A: We use late-model Lincoln Town Cars MKT/Cadillac XTS/Mercedes S550 sedan as well as Cadillac Escalade ESV.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Priority Sedan requires 12 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled service, we do bill you for the full amount.

Our driver will meet you at baggage claim area with your last name writing on the sign.

International Arrivals:
Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.
Union Station:
Our driver will meet you at the curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.
